Mongolian Beef w/ Veggies and Noodles

Ingredients:

Water

Soy Sauce

Hoison Sauce

Garlic Powder

Garlic Salt

Onion Powder

Sesame Oil

Brown Sugar

Red Pepper

Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Corn Starch

Veggies:

Green Onions

Red Peppers

Shredded Carrots

Meat:
Skirt Steak mixed with Corn starch

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix spices, sauces and water together except corn starch
  2. Chop vegetables and separate
  3. Cut skirt steak in to thin strips. 
  4. Cover skirt steak strips in corn starch
  5. Dip skirt steak strips in sauce mix
  6. Heat pan.
  7. Add peanut oil
  8. Cook vegetables. Set aside. 
  9. Increase heat on pan and add additional peanut oil
  10. Add meat to pan
  11. After about 5 mins add vegetables and leftover sauce.
  12. Cook to desired doneness (rare, medium, well done)
  13. Remove from heat after done cooking
  14. Boil water
  15. Add noodles after water comes to a boil
  16. Cook noodles
  17. Drain noodles
  18. Serve beef and vegetables over noodles
